This is a collaboration between Kaapwagter and Fungi and Fragrance. Justin Williams is a born and bred Capetonian who has always felt a strong connection to the natural spaces he grew up with. He is an accomplished forager and local expert on fungi and fynbos plants, regularly hosting sensory experiences for groups around the city involving food and fragrance.
